官方网站：http://asahi.co.jp/precure5/ 某日，梦原希在学校图书馆找到一本名叫魔法心愿PDA（Dream Collet）的书，并遇见来自帕鲁米埃王国的可可。可可是为了恢复被恶梦军团破坏的王国而寻找魔法心愿PDA。要使用魔法心愿PDA许愿，必须收集55个光之精灵。美美为了完成可可的心愿，跟其他4名同伴一起变身成光之美少女（プリキュア，Pretty Cure）跟阻碍帕鲁米埃王国复原的恶梦军团战斗。
《阿优的日常》故事点的设立围绕2017年浙江省教育厅颁布的《浙江省小学生日常行为规范》的二十二条行为规范展开。该规范特别针对小学年龄阶段的学生制定，分别从“安全意识”、“健康生活”、“人文底蕴”、“责任担当”和“学会学习”五个方面对小学生的日常行为做出了细致的要求，旨在于加强对学生的文明礼貌教育和行为训练，在此意义上，这份行为规范其实是每个小学年龄段的孩子都应该遵守的准则，具有普遍性，而不是仅仅针对某一地区。所以，《阿优的日常》以此为本，挖掘出符合全国小朋友都受用的案例故事，希望能让小朋友们在轻松的观看中养成受益终身的好习惯，能真正做到寓教于乐，“为成长加优”。
